Sesamsaat<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Salz<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>1 TL Raps\u00f6l<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>2 gro\u00dfe oder 4 kleine M\u00f6hren<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>4 kleine Zucchinis<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>1 rote Zwiebel<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>1 Knoblauchzehe<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>1 EL Senf<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>1\/2 Bund Schnittlauch<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>250 g Sauere Sahne (10 % Fett)<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>250 g Schmand<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>5 Eier (L)<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Pfeffer<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>1 Bund Thymian zum dekorieren<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h2>ZUBEREITUNG<\/h2>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Auf einer Arbeitsfl\u00e4che weiche Butter (Raumtemperatur), 1\/2 Teel\u00f6ffel Salz, 1 Ei, 2EL Milch, Sesamsaat, 40g der K\u00e4semischung und das Mehl zu einem glatten Teig verkneten. Teig in eine Folie einwickeln und 40 Minuten in den K\u00fchlschrank legen.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>W\u00e4hrend der Teig ruht f\u00fcr die F\u00fcllung M\u00f6hren waschen, sch\u00e4len und l\u00e4ngs in d\u00fcnne Scheiben hobeln. Zucchini putzen, waschen und in d\u00fcnne Scheiben hobeln. Zwiebel sch\u00e4len, achteln und in die einzelnen Schichten aufteilen.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Nach der Ruhezeit des Teigs die Quicheform mit \u00d6l ausstreichen. Teig auf dem Boden verteilen und anpressen, ebenso einen Rand formen<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Wenn der Teig in der Form ausgebreitet ist, Gem\u00fcse im Kreis hochkant in der Form auslegen (nicht zu dicht aneinander, damit die F\u00fcllung noch dazwischen laufen kann). Zwiebelst\u00fccke dar\u00fcberstreuen.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Knoblauch sch\u00e4len und fein w\u00fcrfeln. Schnittlauch waschen, trocken sch\u00fctteln und klein schneiden. K\u00e4se reiben.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Knoblauch, Senf, Schnittlauch, saure Sahne, Schmand, Eier und restliche K\u00e4semischung verr\u00fchren, mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken und \u00fcber das Gem\u00fcse gie\u00dfen.
